2. Scope

These terms apply to all purchases in the starsilk.hr online shop. Consumers are covered by the Croatian Consumer Protection Act, and legal entities by the Civil Obligations Act and the Electronic Commerce Act. These terms also serve as pre-contractual information for consumers. A consumer is any natural person buying outside their business, trade or professional activity.

3. Products and prices

The description, main characteristics and price of each product are shown on the product page. All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown in the cart before you confirm the order. The price shown at the time of ordering applies. Alongside the regular price we display the additional (anchor) price required by Croatian Government decision, and for discounts the lowest price in the 30 days before the discount.

4. Ordering and conclusion of the contract

1. Choose products and add them to the cart. Adding to the cart does not reserve a product.
2. In the cart, choose the shipping and payment method and enter your delivery details.
3. Confirm that you have read these terms and click the order button. By clicking it you conclude a contract with an obligation to pay.
4. We send an order confirmation by email. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, contact us at info@starsilk.hr.

The contract is concluded in Croatian. We store your order and these terms, and you can request them by email.

5. Payment

You can pay by card through the secure Viva Wallet system or by bank transfer / online banking. Details are on the page Payment methods.

6. Delivery

We deliver only to addresses in the Republic of Croatia. Delivery times and prices are listed on the page PRODUCT DELIVERY. The maximum delivery time is 30 days from the conclusion of the contract.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. You can request withdrawal via the link Right of withdrawal, by email or by post. 8. Liability for defects and complaints

We are liable for products under the Civil Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act. The procedure for claims and complaints is described on the page Returns, withdrawal and complaints.

9. Use of the website

The content of this website (texts, photos, logo, product names) is the property of Svila d.o.o. and may not be copied or used without written permission. We do our best to keep the information accurate. In case of an obvious error in price or description, we will contact you before shipping the order. This does not limit any rights consumers have under the law.

10. Data protection

We process personal data only to fulfil your order and in accordance with the Privacy policy.

11. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms. Each order is governed by the terms published at the time of ordering. These terms apply from 25 September 2026.
