PRODUCT DELIVERY
We deliver only to addresses in the Republic of Croatia. Orders are packed and shipped for us by our logistics partner euShipments, using one of the courier services it works with.

Paid orders are shipped on working days. Once your parcel is on its way, we email you a tracking number. The maximum delivery time is 30 days from the conclusion of the contract; if we cannot meet it, we will contact you and you may cancel the order and get a refund.
Please inspect the parcel on delivery. If the packaging is visibly damaged, tell the courier and contact us at info@starsilk.hr. If you fail to collect a parcel without good reason, we reserve the right to charge the delivery and return costs.
