PRODUCT DELIVERY<\/h2>\n

We deliver only to addresses in the Republic of Croatia. Orders are packed and shipped for us by our logistics partner euShipments, using one of the courier services it works with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Paid orders are shipped on working days. Once your parcel is on its way, we email you a tracking number. The maximum delivery time is 30 days from the conclusion of the contract; if we cannot meet it, we will contact you and you may cancel the order and get a refund.<\/p>\n

Please inspect the parcel on delivery. If the packaging is visibly damaged, tell the courier and contact us at info@starsilk.hr.
