The maximum delivery time is 30 days from the conclusion of the contract.

    7. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. 8. Liability for defects and complaints

We are liable for lack of conformity of products under the Croatian Civil Obligations Act and Consumer Protection Act, for defects that become apparent within two years of delivery (legal guarantee). The claims and complaints procedure is described on the page Returns, withdrawal and complaints.
